Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Handmade & Custom Items
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for custom or made-to-order items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at gaya1maimony@gmail.com.

Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only. 
We do not ship to Europe or other international destinations.
